Terms of Service

1. The service

Sembalia is a SaaS platform that analyzes your website, generates SEO articles, news and social posts with AI, publishes them to your site (via our content API, signed webhooks or WordPress) and improves them using Google Search Console data. Some capabilities are optional add-ons billed separately.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed.

3. Plans, billing and add-ons

Paid plans and add-ons are billed monthly in USD through our payment provider, Polar. Prices are shown before you subscribe; taxes are added or included as required by your location. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are given except where required by law.

A free trial with limited volume is offered without a card. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice, effective on your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Sembalia to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, or that violates third-party rights. You may not use it for spam or to manipulate platforms in violation of their terms.

When you connect third-party platforms (WordPress, social networks, Google Search Console), you are responsible for complying with those platforms’ terms. Social posts always require your explicit approval before publishing.

5. Your content and ownership

You own the content Sembalia generates for you and the material you provide. You grant us the limited license needed to process, store, generate, and publish that content on your behalf while you use the service. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.

6. AI-generated content

Content is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. Sembalia provides quality checks and a human-approval workflow, but you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. We do not guarantee any specific SEO ranking, traffic or business outcome.

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Sembalia and delete your data at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to its competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
